The new world of suicide loss is excruciating but you are not alone and there is hope. Even if you experienced your loss to suicide a while ago, you could still start here.
We will assess the things which you may have overlooked or avoided after your initial loss. Do not be on your journey alone.
Are you walking through brain fog? Are you questioning what happened and your role within that? Questions are normal. But they are also overwhelming. You may feel on edge, like things in your life could be pulled out from underneath you at any moment.
Answering questions can help you find some perspective. If you have been grieving for a bit of time and you want to begin working through some questions, this package is for you.
Have you found ways to cope but still struggle due to unresolved areas of your grief?
Have you reached the place where the thought of your loved one doesn’t hold you emotionally hostage every day?
This is normal and nothing to be ashamed of. But maybe there are still some nagging questions in your mind.
